say NO to Smoking? As everyone knows, smoking is not good for one’s health.
Smoking results to some effects that aren’t good for one’s body. Smoking is addicting.
Once a person gets involved in smoking, it’s hard to stop it. Smoking is not
advisable because of its effects such as loss of appetite, lung cancer, and bad
breath.
Smoking
doesn’t bring good things to one’s body. It is not advisable because of its
effects such as loss of appetite, lung cancer and bad breath. There may be loss
of vitamins and minerals that a person’s body needs because of loss of
appetite. A person may also have lesser energy. Another effect is bad breath.
Everyone doesn’t want to have bad breath. It may destroy one’s personality and
one may have lesser friends because of this problem. It may change others’
perspective about a person. Lastly, smoking can lead to lung cancer. Lung
cancer is dangerous. It is the type of cancer that has the biggest probability
of a person’s death.
So
these are some reasons on why to say no to smoking. Smoking is absolutely
addicting. Once a person give in to it, it’s probably hard to stop from
smoking. That’s how addicting it is. Smoking has no good effects to one’s
health. It leads to nothing but to bad effects such as loss of appetite, lung
cancer and bad breath. So stand up and say no to smoking.
